Ways to Engage
Matthew brings thirty years of entrepreneurial leadership, experience across manufacturing, global operations, sales, and marketing - sharpened by the cross-cultural fluency to know what works in one market can fall flat in another. Built in real organisations, across real markets, under real pressure.
Whether your business is navigating a strategic inflection point, needs sustained senior counsel through a period of growth, or requires an independent board voice with genuine operational depth, there is an engagement model designed to fit.
Three options are available. Each delivers the same thing: direct access to someone who has faced the problems you are dealing with, and solved them.

1

A single intensive day - in-person or remote - working through one high-stakes strategic question. Pre-work completed in advance; a structured output document delivered within five working days. Matthew brings his full cross-market, cross-function experience to the problem and gives the leadership team a clear point of view, not a framework to work through themselves.
